For all of those that have experienced our fried oysters at various events across the country, we have finally listened and packaged up our special breader mix for your enjoyment! This mix has a bit of a kick which makes every bite shine. Great to use when frying oysters of course, but also incredible on shrimp, scallops, fish, chicken, pork, pickles and just about everything else you would want to fry!
